Everyone including myself assume it's for removing ear wax and you think you're gonna walk out with spider-senses...or at least better hearing! It's incorporated with a lymphatic massage at the neck and it's for detoxification. So if you request to see inside the cone, she'll cut it open, and that's not wax my friends, it's toxins. Really amazing process. Sometimes you may have more or less, depending on your current condition. Take note to the massaging - if it feels more painful, see if the amount of toxin residue shows it vs the side that is less "knotted" up. I highly recommend Candy and her team! Next! Facials!”
